Kids’ Display Case

Rules and Information

• The Kids’ Display Case is recommended for children up to age 12, but all are welcome.
• Fill out the form below or in the Youth Services Room to apply. Contact information must be for that of the parents/caregivers.
• There may be a significant wait for your turn.
• You’ll be contacted by phone or email when it’s your turn to display.
• Collections will be displayed for two weeks.
• There are three adjustable height shelves. The dimensions are 25.5 inches wide, 13.5 inches deep, 12.5 inches high, plus the bottom shelf of the case.
• The library will provide a sign with the child’s name, age, and type of collection.
• The library has display stands available to use.
• Kids and/or their caregivers are expected to set up and take down the display by dates specified by library staff.
• Collections may be photographed and featured on our website and social media.
• The display case is locked, but WML is not responsible in the event of damage or theft.
