Food for Thought
Board games go back quite a bit longer than we expected. The oldest board game on record is The Royal Game of Ur. Which was played in Mesopotamia 4,600 years ago. You can read about that one and 9 other old board games here: https://www.britishmuseum.org/blog/top-10-historical-board-games
