Booking Requirements

The library has three meeting rooms:

• The Stewart Room (up to 40 people) and the Banda Room (up to 12 people) are available for use by local non-profits and community organizations only.
• The Johnson Room is available for individuals to book for study or for small meetings of under 6 people. Limited to one booking per week for a 2 hour max. Please see the Tutoring Policy for booking for tutors.

Please read the Meeting Room Policy before submitting a request form.

Please note your request to reserve either the Stewart Room or the Banda Room is not confirmed until you receive notification of approval.
