The Wilmington Memorial Library offers a variety of programs for children of all ages. In addition to storytimes, the library offers craft programs, book discussion groups, STEM programs, movie nights and more.
The library also helps kids create their own magazine, Star Mag. Special events funded by the Friends of the Library feature professional performers, including, storytellers, musicians, puppeteers and theater groups.

The library offers drop-in and six-week registration storytime sessions during the fall, winter and spring for babies, toddlers, and 3, 4 and 5 year olds.

Access digital content just for kids, including ebooks, audiobooks, and databases to help with homework.
Every year, hundreds of Wilmington kids participate in the Summer Reading Program.
