Museum Pass Guidelines
Please read before booking a pass
- Museum passes are limited to Wilmington residents who have a valid Wilmington library card in good standing (less than $3 in fines per MVLC policy).
- Our reservation system will ask for a library barcode number in addition to a PIN number, which is the last four digits of the telephone number given at registration.
- Passes are limited to one per family per day.
- During school vacation weeks, passes are limited to one per family per week.
- Passes may be booked up to 60 days in advance. Users are limited to eight passes during this time period. If a museum pass has been booked, that museum pass may not be booked for another date until the first booking has passed.
- Passes may be picked up at the circulation desk the day before use. Please pick up your pass by 11:00 a.m. on the day of use. (Check library website for hours and closed dates.)
- We only have one pass per museum per day. Please cancel pass online (after the first 24 hours) if unable to use as others may be waiting. You may cancel at any time by calling the library at 978-658-2967.
- Passes must be returned in the outside bookdrop by 8:30 a.m. the following day. The passes which must be returned are marked on the museum pass folder. Dated coupon passes are collected at the museum and do not need to be returned. Late fee is $10 per day with a $30 maximum.

How to Cancel a pass:
Please cancel pass online if unable to use as others may be waiting. Go to Select a Pass above, click on "My Passes" (under calendar on right). If it has not been 24 hours since you reserved the pass, call the library at 978-658-2967 to cancel. You may also cancel at any time by calling the library.
