Chinese Tea Tasting

There is tremendous difference in taste, smell and appearance between regular and premium Chinese teas. Unfortunately, premium teas are not easily available in the United States. This class, taught by tea expert Roger Wu, will give participants an opportunity to experience some of the most sought after and exotic Chinese teas. You will learn how to properly choose and brew a premium loose tea; tea connoisseurship will be encouraged.
