Museum Pass Change

Effective April 1, 2013, the library will begin charging a $5.00 fee when museum passes are not picked up or cancelled by noon on the reserved date. When a pass is not picked up or cancelled, this prevents others from reserving or checking out the pass. Passes may be cancelled online (after the first 24 hours from the time it was reserved) or by phone during the library's regular business hours. We hope that this fee will serve as a reminder to cancel reserved museum passes that cannot be used, thereby allowing more residents to use the library's museum passes.
