The Friends are the #1 supporter of our library.
We are a volunteer non-profit organization with a simple mission:
(1) to promote public awareness of our library and
(2) to provide financial support for services and programs beyond the town's budget.
The Friends Executive Board meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month, September to June, at 7 pm in the Library Conference Room. All welcome to attend.
Book Store Next Door
Book Store Next Door is located at 183 Middlesex Avenue, the little white house next to the library. Convenient parking behind the building. Join the book store blog.
Gently used donations of books, videos, DVDs and CDs are available for sale at the only used book store in Wilmington every Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. Donations are accepted during these hours. Anyone interested in volunteering at the Book Store Next Door may contact Book Store Manager Robert Hayes at folwilmington@yahoo.com or call 978-604-8933.
